What are Vegan snacks?
Our Vegan crackling snacks are made from lentil curls with a Smoky Bacon, Chilli & Lime or Chip Shop Curry Sauce seasoning. Suitable for vegans, vegetarians and meat eaters too, they offer a healthy, low fat alternative for anyone who enjoys crackling snacks, vegan crisps, vegan snacks or bar snacks.
Store in a cool, dry place. Our snacks are best when consumed immediately after opening.
How much is UK (mainland) postage and packaging?

How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Please allow 3–5 working days for your order to arrive.
How can I pay for my online order?
At the checkout, payments will be processed securely by PayPal. You can choose to pay with your PayPal account, a credit card or a debit card, all processed via PayPal.
What is your Refund Policy?
We have a 15 day return policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it – unused, unopened, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item. We can then evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exchanges
Exchanges will be offered if the product seal has been damaged and the contents spoiled on delivery. The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to initiate a return for the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and will let you know if the refund has been approved.
If approved, you refund will be issued to your original payment method automatically. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and apply the refund to the payment method on file.
